• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use UNIRR only for lawful HR-related functions.
• Not replicate, resell, or misuse any part of the UNIRR system.

4 Data Privacy & Consent

UNIRR takes your data privacy seriously. By using this app:

• UNIRR will not sell or misuse any user data.

5 Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

• Logos, software, designs, and tools of UNIRR are the intellectual property of UNIRR Technologies or its affiliates.
• Users are granted only limited, non-transferable rights to use the service for the sole purpose of internal HR management.
• Users are not permitted to engage in any reverse engineering, duplication of the service, or unauthorized resale.

6Liability & Disclaimer

UNIRR is a free service provided "as-is." While we aim for maximum reliability, we:

• Cannot be held accountable for payroll miscalculations resulting from the incorrect setting of the system by users.
• Do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or bug-free performance.
• Cannot be held responsible for data loss due to the mishandling of a user or technical issues.
• Recommend that users regularly export or back up crucial data.

7UNIRR reserves the right to

• Suspend or delete any account that violates these terms..
• Remove accounts inactive for over 90 days, after notification.
• Modify, update, or discontinue any service feature, with or without prior notice

8 Updates of Terms

UNIRR may update “Terms & Conditions” whenever it requires. Continuation of using the application after updates implies your acceptance of the new terms.
